Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and to Jellyfin.
    My problem is the following:
I have a Qnap ts-431k with an alpine Arm 32bit processor.
Install Jelyfin version 10.10.0 and even 10.9.11
But both give me problems, recently installed, everything works very well, I can watch series, movies and so on without problems on all my devices.
After 12 or more hours, Jellyfin turns off, it cannot be accessed from the server that never turns off, nothing I do seems to make it react, it won't let me turn off and restart, it won't let me uninstall, the only solution is to restart install the version and only then it works again for a few hours before failing again.
    Any advice or solution.
    Thank you so much.

How much RAM do you have? The 1GB it came with? The hardware in that NAS is very underpowered. You may just be running out of memory. Additionally, 10.10 is the last version of Jellyfin to have ARM32 support. 10.11 will be 64-bit only.

You should start planning on moving Jellyfin to newer hardware.

Well, I was checking and I'm barely consuming 50% of the memory. With plex I don't have the problem that it turns off, let's say it's the only problem I have with Jellyfin, it doesn't even let it turn it off and on, I installed previous versions and it does the same thing in all of them, after a few hours it turns off and doesn't let you do anything, You have to reinstall it to make it work again.

Can you share the full jellyfin log via pastebin?

How do I get the log in jellyfin?

I was watching and like Cinderella, right at midnight the server dies every day, no matter what I do or move its parameters, at midnight it dies and you have to reinstall it.
What will it be due to?

It was generating trickplays when it stopped logging. I'm wondering if that is consuming all your resources.

Try disabling trickplays and see if it stays up longer.

Also, can you clarify your situation. You have Jellyfin running in this thread, but in the "Sin contenidos" thread you are asking for help setting up.

Ready, I disabled trickplay in all libraries and it was not active globally.

If I ask for help to configure Docker because apparently it doesn't die at midnight, while the version 10.10.0 that passes the capture in the post above keeps dying and once it dies it doesn't respond, you have to reinstall it again and again. again to revive it.

Now we have to wait until midnight to see if he dies or not!

I have also thought that it could be a conflict with the snapshots that I had enabled, I already moved it so that now it does it every week to see what happens at midnight.

You should consider moving Jellyfin to another device. IMO, that NAS is underpowered and 10.10 is the last version that will support ARM32. Even though 10.10 supports ARM32, it is deprecated and not something we plan on fixing issues for. 10.11 will not support ARM32, period.
