    Hello and a warm welcome

    I'm Posting here as I have several Problems running jellyfin on a terramaster f4-424 nas. I installed the App but when I created a new library for some movies it doesn't Show the movies in the forder I added. The Film there were normal Video containers (mkv, avi) and the files were named like the Name of the Film.

    So far, so bad. I tried then to install it again. Since that point it couldn't connect to the Server (the nas) anymore from the Web ui.

    Any ideas what to do? Please tell me if you need further Information.

    Well, I post an extract from the start_log. Maybe this is helpful

    Can you initiate a full library scan and once that completes share your full jellyfin logs via pastebin?

    Well at the moment I unfortunately can't scan anything as after the reinstall the server couldn't be reached anymore. The start_log throws the warnings that I mentionned in my posting above. Maybe this has to do with it...

    I'll post a screenshot with the error showing in the WebUI. Translated into English it means "Can't cannot to this server at the moment. Try again later"

    So, first problem is to get the connection to the server again.
    And then I can try to scan for media again.
