PVR with IPTV (Jellyfin OMV Docker)

Hey Guys,

first time for me to use Jellyfin.
My system is a Raspberry Pi5 and I use OMV and an Docker installation of Jellyfin.

IPTV via M3U works perfectly fine.
The reason I wanted to use Jellyfin is, that I can record the IPTV streams.

I don´t now why - initially it worked really well, but then I changed something on the config and now it doesn´t work.
I completely deleted the Container and all the files, installed it again, but the record does not appear and does not start as well.

It shows me, that the record is live, but Jellyfish doesn´t create the file and it shows no recording.

May you have an idea what I can do?
What further infos do you need from me?

Can you share your jellyfin log via privatebin.net? Container path /config/log/log_20250402.log. Recordings also generate an ffmpeg log in the same directory, usually called something like "record-transcode-{random string}.log". If there is one, share that as well.

Hi!

I have found my mistake. Sometimes I need to unmark the Date&Time "Use NTP server" to correctly install updates.
This time I forgot to activate it again and so Jellyfin wasn´t able to work correctly with this wrong timesetting.

On click and 3 days of research and debugging is gone...
