    Jellyfin version: 10.10.7
    Linux Docker
A brief description of the issue:  Subtitles can stop working when switching between episodes, restarting container doesn't fix issue, will randomly fix itself.
A full explanation of what is happening, versus what you expect to happen:
I've been running into an issue of late since I updated Jellyfin earlier this year where I can be watching anime with subtitles and everything's fine, then suddenly it isn't on a following episode. If I go back to watch the previous episode, the subtitles won't work. Going to another show, still won't work, even if it previously was an episode which I can confirm worked in the past. Continually trying to play the same episode won't make it work any faster. Randomly though, it will start working again like nothing ever happened. Restarting the Jellyfin container doesn't fix the issue.

What client(s) you are using and how the issue manifests: Using the Linux desktop client (latest version, flatpak), and web interface
Any other context you might think is relevant: I'm running on a fairly stacked server, 256GB of RAM and dozens of cores are available for Docker to use. docker stats confirms that with all containers combined I'm not even using 25% of either resource, much less with Jellyfin alone. I do not have a GPU in this server, but it wasn't an issue until I updated earlier this year.

Attached is a fresh log displaying the issue happening and then not happening since it corrected itself mysteriously while I was typing this.
