[REQUEST] discriminate IPTV users

Hi!

I have a request. It may be interesting to be able to choose which users have permissions to watch one IPTV or another.

Currently, it is only allowed to view all or nothing, but allowing one user to view a specific IPTV and another user to view only a different IPTV can be interesting as an administrator.

What do you think?
