When the newly installed Roku app is opened, it crashes to the home screen. I've tried reinstalling. There's no updates available for the app or the TV.  This isn't a server issue, because the app won't open long enough to enter server information.

TV is an onn 100005396 running Roku version 14.1.4 build 7709
Using Roku app version 3.0 build 1

I don't know how to get the logs from the TV, if I even can.

    Steps to Reproduce
    1. Install Jellyfin
    2. Open it

    Additional Context
This is my grandma's TV, and she won't be able to follow my instructions to collect logs or other information you ask for. So any additional info requested will be delayed a few weeks until I next visit.

Check that Roku OS is fully up to date, though I doubt that is the cause.

Do you know if the TV has any accessibility options enabled? Or unusual configurations in Roku OS?

It's fully up to the available updates from the manufacturer (14.1.4), which are a little behind the current Roku version.

I don't think there's any accessibility settings enabled, and I doubt grandma would've changed any settings besides wifi network. Are there any particular settings I should check when I get the chance?

I am not aware of any settings, specifically, that would be problematic. I'm just trying to find anything that is atypical that we can try toggling.

Another thing you can try as a temp workaround is installing the Legacy Roku app that uses the older code base.
