I have a good network connection, but running my server struggles with transcoding certain formats. (it's a mini PC with an older Radeon GPU).
This causes some of my HEVC videos to stutter when playing in Firefox. When I limitt the resolution to 1080p and reduce the bitrate, it's usually fine.
But that only fixes that one client. I'm curious if there's a way to control this for every user. I know there's a bitrate limit, but I would love to set a max resolution and bitrate for all connecting clients, but only if transcoding is happening. I've set 'encoding preset' all the way to 'superfast' but it doesn't seem to make a difference
Thanks for creating this amazing project!
