Roku Live TV Flickering/Freezing

Hi,

Apologies if this has been posted previously, my searches did not show any relevant results.

I am struggling with Live TV streams specifically in Roku channels/apps.

Certain streams will periodically freeze on a particular frame (video only), sometimes recovering, sometimes remaining flickering on that frame.

I’m not sure if it is specific to any particular codec or container - certainly occurs on H264 streams/TS container.

I have attempted to force transcoding, but the Roku client doesn’t seem to respect the profile setting to force transcode all TV streams.

This has happened for some time across multiple client and server versions. Current combo:
Roku v2.2.5
Server v10.103

Has anyone experienced similar or been able to force transcoding of live TV streams in Roku clients?
