I have the same issue with two of my users where they are randomly crashing on the client side, stopping playback of whatever they are playing, and after backing out of the app and going back in, it cannot find the server.

The server is up, with other people using it on Android and iOS, no problem. (One Roku user just had a crash in the last few minutes.)

Eventually, it will be able to find the server again with no changes being made on client or server side.

This only happens to people on Roku. I have had no complaints from anyone using iOS, Android, LG TV app, or Windows clients.

I have a reverse proxy (Pangolin/traefik) pointing from my domain to the server in my house. Pangolin is running on my hypervisor in a dedicated VM. I have 2 Gbps upload speed. Jellyfin is running on dedicated hardware. (10th gen i5, 64 GB RAM, 1 tb samsung SSD)

Attached are the last two days of logs.

I have followed the Pangolin suggested bypass rules for Jellyfin on Roku in Traefik config. (https://docs.fossorial.io/Pangolin/bypass-rules)

Appreciate any help anyone can offer.

    Thanks,

Sorry for double post just thought of more details.

The affected users can still access via browser at their house when the issue happens. Neither of them are behind CGNAT.
