I have been struggling to figure out why i can never watch 1080 content on the 4k roku. Can watch anything else no issues. I can watch the same content on a web browser as well as on non 4k roku. Im not sure where to start investigating this issue. I am using a docker with an up to date version of jellyfin. 

Thanks for any help to figure this out. It's basically kept us from watching some content in the family room with the better tv and better sound.

I would start with the logs. Dashboard > Logs. Grab those and upload them to something like privatebin.net.

I have a Roku 4K Ultra and a 4K stick and I'm able to play whatever I like.
