"Save artwork into media folders" query

Hi all

I'm hoping someone could clarify this for me.

- Save artwork into media folders -

This setting, obviously is going to save artwork and metada in the source media folder along witht he found media files.

Does that mean it will ONLY save them there, and this when browsing the library, that is the location it load them from to display.
OR
Does it save them in the media folder aswell as within the Jellyfin install directories?

My media is on a NAS, but Jellyfin on a seperate server, so would prefer artwork and metadata to be loaded from the local Jellyfin install for speed, rather than from the seperate NAS. But its also nice to have the artwork stored with the media for my ADHD  :-D

SO just wanted to clarify if the setting saves an additional copy to the media folders, or ONLY saves the artwork to the media folders instead of the jellyfin install.

It will only save them to the media directory. You can have one or the other, not both.
