How to have multiple versions of episodes from a series?

For movies, it is possible to have multiple versions by following this. However, I see no such options for series.

What are my options?

Hey @rabblehair.

The same as with movies you can multiple versions of an series episode.
The process of merging however is not (yet) automatic and you have to either do it on your own or with the help of a Plugin like "merge-versions".

To do it manually i assume jellyfin already detected your 2nd version and shows it alongside the first one.
Ok follow carfully now because the process is not _that_ intuitive:

Open the FIRST episode of your series in the webUI. (not start playback but the detail view). Scroll down to the list of episodes titled "More from Season 1" or alike that. Then long press the left mouse button on one episode you want to merge, it the gets into a selection mode. Select the 2nd epsiode you want to merge with a normal left click. Then look at the top most right corner of the jellyfin website, there should now be a hamburger menu (3 dots), open that menu and click on "Group Versions". After that the versions will be displayed grouped when you open the detail page next time.

Currently multiple versions for episodes are unsupported. There is a PR adding it though: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/pull/8004
