Search by both original and translated title

Hi, right now it's impossible to search by original title. Search only works by the language the Library is set to. That is really bad for libraries with lot of various languages. 

My native language is Czech, so I have the library set to Czech as I don't know the translated names of Czech movies. But that also means every other movie is now listed by its Czech translation, and I don't want that. If I switch to original names, I have a library full of incomprehensible (to me) Asian characters for Asian movies. That's no good either.

Plex allows searching for both original and translated titles. 

The UI already shows both original and translated title in the Info page. Please allow the user to also search by both of these titles.

Not sure why yours isn't behaving, but mine appears to be searchable by either name.

   
   
   

I'm not aware of a setting you have to toggle either.  The screenshots above are from my test instance, which I just rebuilt.  Most of the settings should still be default.

JF is installed in a privileged Proxmox LXC (nothing else in the LXC), everything else works fine including hardware encoding.

Try scanning a library and select "Search for missing metadata". Once that completes, try searching for an original title in that library. Otherwise, I don't see anything out of the oridinary.

However, I do see this block every time the library is scanned.

System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Response status code does not indicate success: 420.

Trakt recently reduced how many items you can track in free accounts. Code 420 is what they use to indicate that you've met or exceeded the number of items for whatever activity you are trying to sync.
