Seasons missing

Hi !

I had setup the series for a folder in my setup.
It was all ok and the seasons were sorted correct.
(the naming is sxxeyy or sxx.eyy in the filename)
But the i made e rescan and now i have only 1 entry which says "unknown season" and all episodes are listed beyound this.
What did i wrong ?

Can you provide examples of the full folder and file path?

the directory configured in the lib setup is
/net/nfs4/ts253/video/series/sd
and the directory of the searies is
/net/nfs4/ts253/video/series/sd/alf

That SHOULD be fine. But try putting your videos instead of season folders. IIRC, they need to be in english. Like "Season 1", "Season 2", etc.

/net/nfs4/ts253/video/series/sd/alf/Season 1
/net/nfs4/ts253/video/series/sd/alf/Season 2
/net/nfs4/ts253/video/series/sd/alf/Season 3
/net/nfs4/ts253/video/series/sd/alf/Season 4
etc.

btw: can i use also the german synonyms liek Staffel 1, Staffel 2 etc

As long as you are on the latest version, 10.9.11.  There was a bug that that caused non-english season folder names to not be recognized, but should be fixed in the latest version.

What is the best option add a new file ? Scan complete libary ?

Manually scan the show, movie, or the whole library. There is a scheduled task that runs every 12 hours that does a full scan. Real time monitoring is NOT possible on NFS, though.
