Unable to Load PDF file

Hi, I have going though some previous thread and able to get book cover working, but when i click on the play button, it just show loading circle, wait for sometime nothing is happening just keep loading. 

I try what the documentation show 

Comic
|-- Comic Name (year)
    |__Comic Name #001 (year).pdf

this doesn't work, but i change to this

Comic
|-- Comic Name (year)
    |__Comic Name (year) #001.pdf

it work showing the book cover and all the data. but when i click play, its just stuck on the loading circle.

I just tested on my iPhone, it able to load the PDF but my windows computer are unable to load the PDF file.
