What OS?
What are the server specs? Are you using any virtualization? Can you share your logs anyway? Via pastebin.

Windows 10 Ryzen 7 5800X3D RX 7900XT Storage is 2 8TB HDDs in RAID 0 (Seagate Barracuda) I can still search on the TV apps, and basic navigation works fine, it's only text search on web and the Android mobile app that causes the server to crash. I'll get you the logs when I get home later, but I'm not seeing any errors at all, it just stops. The tray program doesn't quit, and allows me to "Start Jellyfin" again. The last time something like this happened, it was related to the Merge Versions plugin. Server would crash whenever I tried to merge versions on 10.10.1, which I resolved by installing 10.10.0, then 10.10.1 again. I believe I had skipped 10.10.0. Come to think of it, I also skipped 10.10.2 this time. I'll try downgrading to that next, then upgrading again to 10.10.3. I also just recently set up the RAID configuration and moved my library to it, and deleted the old library filepaths which no longer exist. I have experienced some bugs with duplicates, but I think I resolved those by adding an empty folder in the same filepath and scanning library. Not sure if it's related or not. EDIT: No virtualization

Welp, reverting back to 10.10.1 didn't fix the problem, so I'm totally at a loss now.
Here is the pastebin of my logs: https://pastebin.com/24xsbdFL

Well, I think I just dug the hole a little deeper. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it is now telling me "We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again."
EDIT: Nevermind, I'm an idiot and just needed to set it all up again. I thought that not deleting the ProgramData folder was good enough.

Alright, reinstalling fixed everything. Failed to properly save user data, but oh well.
