Server IP stuck at top of screen

Not sure if this is normal but i just want it to go away lmao, Anyone know how to remove the ip at the top of the screen
   
its a long thin black bar with the server ip, just wanna know if and how i can remove it thank you.

EDIT: FIXED IT, UNDER INDEX.HTML I had the server ip added in it. ;(
