Set Library Order for All Users?

Hi is there a way for me to set a default for the Library Order setting for ALL of my users? I want an easy way to apply a new order to all users without doing it manually one-by-one.

I don't believe so. Even looking at the API there doesn't appear to be a way to set this unilaterally and universally.
