I thought I followed the naming scheme for Shows but not seeing the Series name folder or any of it's episodes.
No problem setting up my 4K and 1080p folders.

This is the naming for the Shows folder I have.

    Folder = Series Name (year)
                     I-- Season 01
                         I-- Series Name S01E01 Episode Name.mkv

I don't know what the A and B stand for in the naming scheme?

    Code:
    Shows
    ├── Series Name A (2010)
    │ ├── Season 00
    │ │ ├── Some Special.mkv
    │ │ ├── Series Name A S00E01.mkv
    │ │ └── Series Name A S00E02.mkv
    │ ├── Season 01
    │ │ ├── Series Name A S01E01-E02.mkv
    │ │ ├── Series Name A S01E03.mkv
    │ │ └── Series Name A S01E04.mkv
    │ └── Season 02
    │ ├── Series Name A S02E01.mkv
    │ ├── Series Name A S02E02.mkv
    │ ├── Series Name A S02E03 Part 1.mkv
    │ └── Series Name A S02E03 Part 2.mkv
    └── Series Name B (2018)
    ├── Season 01
    | ├── Series Name B S01E01.mkv
    | └── Series Name B S01E02.mkv
    └── Season 02
    ├── Series Name B S02E01-E02.mkv
    └── Series Name B S02E03.mkv

The example is for two different shows, "Series A" and "Series B".

Can you provide real examples of your folder and file naming? What OS is the server running? Is the storage a local disk or on a NAS? Have you double checked folder and file permissions?

Thx for the reply! OS is Linux. Media is on external drives housed in a Terramaster box. I have ownership of those drives and add/remove files there.
One strange thing is that a name of a show (Want to See You 2022) that I have nowhere on my PC or drives is showing up in the folder.

You need to have a folder for the series.

    Code:
    TV Shows/Firefly (2002) [tmdbid-1437]/
    └── Season 1
        ├── S01E01.mkv
        ├── S01E02.mkv
        ├── S01E03.mkv
        ├── S01E04.mkv
        ├── S01E05.mkv
        ├── S01E06.mkv
        ├── S01E07.mkv
        ├── S01E08.mkv
        ├── S01E09.mkv
        ├── S01E10.mkv
        ├── S01E11.mkv
        ├── S01E12.mkv
        ├── S01E13.mkv
        └── S01E14.mkv
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
