Hello everyone,
I'm fairly new to Jellyfin. I have it up and working for the most part. I am running it on a UGreen DXP4800 Plus NAS with an Intel Pentium Gold 8505 5-core CPU with integrated graphics. I can access Jellyfin both locally and through TailScale. I have Jellyfin installed via a Docker Project.

I ran into trouble a few days ago trying to stream on Firefox and ran into the "Playback Error: Playback Failed due to a Fatal Playback Error" message with h265 encoded videos (but not h264). I have searched the forums and tried a few solutions that I found and so far nothing has worked. Going from the logs, it appears to be a FFMPEG error. I know Jellyfin has access to and is using my GPU. If I turn off Intel QSV, my CPU use goes to 95%, turning it back on reduces it to around 5%. Some testing shows that while everything will play on other browsers and apps, they will only do so via Direct Play, and any change to the quality will result in the Playback error message (no matter what the file was encoded with). Here is the FFMPEG log file that results from the error.

Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if you need more information.
