    Hello

I recently installed Jellyfin on my VPS by using the script given in the "How To Install" guide.

When I drop a music into the folder of a media library, I can see it in my clients (Web UI for my computer, Symfonium for my Android).
However, when I try to play it, an error appears : "Playback failed because the media is not supported by this client."
The logs seems to point out that a resource cannot be found. Also, I can see an error 500 coming from the server.

See attachments for the logs of doing the following actions :
      -Starting Jellyfin
-Adding a mp3 file in a media library folder
-Trying to play the audio through the Web UI
      -Getting an error

System details are described at the top of the logs file.

Could you help me out figure out what's wrong please ?

    Thank you !

Additionally, I found out I can't download audio files through the WebUI. The browser shows me the error that you can see on the image, in the attachments.

    EDIT
I figured out the issue. Setting the access rights on a folder in Linux does not seems to spread the same access rights on the files it contains.
Changing the access right on the files within the folders solves the issues.
I apologize for the multiple posts.
