    Setup
I have a working IPTV setup in Jellyfin using m3u4u URL as the tuner source. EPG data is configured and channels play fine. Running latest Jellyfin version.

    Problem
The Channel Mapping screen is completely empty. This prevents me from mapping EPG data, organizing channels, or setting custom names.

    What I've Checked
M3U playlist works, EPG loads, and channels play perfectly. Server logs show no errors. I've tried cache clearing and server restarts. Issue exists across all browsers and devices.

    Help Needed
Is this a known bug? Looking for working solutions or workarounds. I've seen others report this on Reddit but haven't found a fix.

Can you share your full jellyfin log via pastebin?

The EPG has an invalid character?

    Code:
    [2024-11-19 15:55:27.309 +00:00] [ERR] [38] Jellyfin.LiveTv.Listings.ListingsManager: Error adding metadata
System.Xml.XmlException: '^_', hexadecimal value 0x1F, is an invalid character. Line 1, position 1.

Apparently it is a field separator and it shouldn't be in an XML.

Turns out I needed to use the compressed uncompressed XML file. Uncompressed Compressed did not work. Maybe this will help other users in the future.

    Thanks for your help.

Were you uncompressing it before feeding it into Jellyfin? Or was it something you changed from your EPG source?

Oops, I misspoke. I meant uncompressed was the one that worked. M3u4u provides both options, so I wasn't compressing/uncompressing manually.
