Hello! So I've started using Jellyfin for streaming movies for a bit now and have had 0 issues so far and love it. However, I am trying to watch an mkv. of John Wick 2 that is Dolby Vision and I am having issues with the english audio track stuttering or skipping. It isn't completely stuttering but it is chopping ever so slightly enough that it is annoying.

The audio track is an AAC 7.1 audio track but there is another Italian audio track and commentary track that both work fine but obviously I want the main english one. I never had a problem with any Dolby Vision movies in the past or 7.1 audio tracks. Also, I tested on my computer and it plays fine on my pc even when using jellyfin to play it.
This kinda points to connection/the tv but I tried playing with different players even and still no luck. Also, I've never had issues with any movies of similar quality. Any ideas?

What are your server specs and server OS? Is it transcoding? Can you share your jellyfin logs with us and ffmpeg logs if it is transcoding. Post to sourcebin.

So I actually solved this by using MKVtoolnix to take the audio file from another MKV of the same movie and adding it to the Dolby Vision file I was having issues with. I can however potentially post logs if it is helpful to the community though I am just unsure how so would have to look into that.

"Bad" audio won't show up in logs, so don't bother. Glad to hear you got it resolved.
