    Hey there,
    Here's my specs:
    - Running latest Jellyfin on Windows Pro home PC
    - Ryzen 5900x
    - 3090
    - 64Gb RAM,
    - Media on Passport external HDD
    - Nvidia Hardware acceleration is enabled.
    - Streaming locally from a Roku Ultra LT

    2023, almost exclusively 1080p.

    No matter the media or content, I'm constantly getting buffers and lag. Feeling completely hopeless. When checking playback details, even 5Mbps files are constantly buffering locally. I don't think it matters, but I'm also on 1.5Gbps internet. Trying to connect over internet is even worse; I checked and UPnP is working properly too.

    I've attached the latest Jellyfin and Transcode Logs.

    Thanks for your help!

    Solved: hard drive was bad.

    Stream #0:0 (hevc) -> setparams:default
    overlay_cuda:default -> Stream #0:0 (hevc_nvenc)

    Roku can barely handle hevc, disable encoding to hevc and recheck

    also, friendly note, you forgot to scrub your public ip and your porn titles from the log

    I hate to say this....have you tried rebooting your router? Your Roku is direct playing, so no transcoding issues. The video is well within the Roku's capability to play smoothly.

    The most logical source of your issues is your router/network/WIFI signal for the Roku.

    I have the same model Roku and it can easily play HEVC.
