SOLVED: Custom artwork only shows on Admin account

Currently using v. 10.10.7 on Android and v. 3.0 build 7 on Roku with the same issue on both

I have a separate Admin account from my viewing account to minimize accidental changes. At the beginning of the year I made custom artwork for all of the horizontal "My Media" icons. All of those still work as expected (Collections, Film, TV & Music)

However, today I made my first playlists and added custom artwork for that icon also, but it only shows up on my Admin account

   

My other account (which had its own playlists) is currently showing what used to be the default image for the Admin's playlist icon before I changed it

   

I've tried restarting the server without success. 
My viewing account doesn't seem to have permission to change the icon on a per user basis either

As far as I know, playlists are currently defined per user. If you have an admin account, you can turn on server management permissions briefly, set your artwork, and revert the account back.

Thanks,that worked! But I was still only able to change it by using the machine running the server. The android app still wouldn't let me change it even with full permissions, so it may be an app issue rather than a permissions one
