I'm experiencing issues with duplicate show episodes and inconsistent image behavior across different Jellyfin clients. Here are the key details:

    - Using Jellyfin 10.10.3
    - Issue persists across fresh installations and updates
    - Problem has existed for about a year

    The issues vary by client:
    - Android TV & Kodi: Non-working duplicate episodes have missing images
    - Web client & Android phone: Duplicates appear with blurry images
    - Related issue: Shows with duplicates often have missing season images

I've been using Jellyfin for 2 years and am comfortable with troubleshooting, but I'm stumped on what could be causing this. If anyone has encountered similar issues or can point me toward relevant documentation/solutions, I'd appreciate the help.

Try removing and then re-adding your shows library. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please share the server logs and an example of your folder structure and your naming scheme.

Seems re-adding the folder has fixed the issue. Thanks for the help. I will post again if the issue reappears.
