I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting this one or what logs you all will need to assist me.

I have setup a M3U and EPG using IPTVBoss. When I look at my EPG.xml.gz file I can see the program information on display but when I look at the TV guide within Jellyfin there is no information being displayed. Now this does not take place for all channels but only for a select few. For example my Discovery channel is empty as you can see from the image I uploaded but if you look at my EPG image you can see entries in it.

Thank you everyone in advance for any assistance that you can provide.

Can you share your jellyfin log via privatebin.net?
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB

My log file is larger than what pastebin will allow me to post. Here is a link to the bottom portion of the log. To also add today there is nothing showing up in my EPG even though IPTVBoss is making an EPG file and I can see items in it.

I said to use privatebin.net, which has a much higher limit than pastebin.
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100

Well this is interesting, I checked my EPG today and it is filled in but yet I am still missing a few channels worth of data still. Very odd.

Is the channel name correct in Jellyfin?

    "Discovery.Channel.(US).-.Eastern.Feed.us"?

I'm not sure what you mean by named correctly? Within Jellyfin the channel does play properly if that is what you are asking.

I have attached what I see when I look at media info.

I am going to close this ticket for the issue actaully appears to be within the EPG.
