Hey All. I am in need of some help. I had my server working perfectly fine with no issues until 6PM EST yesterday. I took the server down to do some Media file Migration. Did not touch the Jellyfin install or anything. but when turning it back on it is not allowing me to access it anymore. I can get to the login screen but it gives me this error.

What file does it not have access to and how do I fix this?
Its a windows Tray App Installation of Jellyfin.
Thank you in advance, I am hitting a brick wall right now and Have no idea how to fix this without having to re-install the server which annoyingly the last update I have of the server is from 10.10.2
I did confirm that all users have read write permission of the data folder.
