What OS is the server running on? Is there virtualization involved (VMs or docker)? On your clients, did you add port :8096 at the end? Which clients and what OS are the clients?

Open Task Manager, Performance tab, Open Resource Monitor, click on Network tab, expand Listening Ports.  Do you see jellyfin.exe listening on port 8096?  What is in the Firewall Status column?
