Glad that helped. IMO 32GB might still be too little. As an example, lets say you have a 70GB 4K HDR movie that needs to be transcoded. The resulting transcode will be AT LEAST as big as the original, but will probably be bigger. If you have multiple users that are transcoding then you need to double that.
So keep that in mind. I suggest you either give the VM a lot more disk space or have Jellyfin write to a completely separate disk (as in not the VM's disk).
