SOLVED: Jellyfin mediaplayer dropping frames when direct playing

Honestly no clue what fixed it. But the dropped frames are gone.

Hi,

When playing the following content (at the bottom) on the jellyfin media player, jellyfin is 'lagging' and dropping frames. When I play the same content on the web player via the jellyfin server, the content is paced correctly.

So far:
- I've installed two older versions with no effect;
- I've turned on and off every setting in the client section and the playback section of the jellyfin media player app to no effect.

What could be the cause of this?
If I need to add a jellyfin log, let me know.

My setup:
i3 12100 with a 2tb ssd on a lg g4 tv, connected via hdmi 2.0. (I'm looking to use a displayport in the near future)
(display is currently limited to 4k30 10bit, if that info is relevant)
