SOLVED: Jellyfin Server no access in any App

I have a Jellyfin Server on one of my server in our datacenter. I can access the Webinterface on my devices at home, but I can not add the Server in any apps like fire tv or iPhone. What can be the reason? I need support.

Are you using certs? If so, are they legit certs or self signed?

What server version are you running? Can you share your jellyfin logs via pastebin?
