    SOLVED: Active: inactive (dead)

    After installing some plugins, I went to the jellyfin panel and restarted...

    In short, that's it, after installing some plugins, I went to the jellyfin dashboard and did the restart that was requested, now I can no longer connect to "localhost:8096"

    I receive this message in the terminal:
          "You should see the service as 'active (running)' above. If not, use https://jellyfin.org/contact to find us for troubleshooting."

    And checking above, this is the result:
          "Active: inactive (dead)

    What can I do?

    I restarted the machine and everything went back to normal.

    First step of troubleshooting is to look at the server logs. They would likely show the reason why Jellyfin was shut down.
