Yesterday I added a TV show episode to my Jellyfin server and noticed that the "Scan Media Library" task toke an unusually long time to complete. ~ 5 minutes. After that I discovered that all future "Scan Media Library" and "Extract Chapter Images" task failed with the error "QLite Error 11: 'database disk image is malformed' ". The full logs for both tasks are included. I tried removing the mentioned tv show episode, but that did not fix it. I also confirmed that while the  "Scan Media Library" task failed I was able to add a new movie to my Jellyfin Server. The Jellyfin server has not recently run out of space nor have any unexpected shut downs/crashes. The server is running on Ubuntu and version 10.10.6 and the last backup I have is from 10.10.4.

Anybody have any advice on how to fix the database? Or if I can't fix it, how do I proceed? Can I regenerate the database from scratch, just delete it can let Jellyfin make a new one, have to completely uninstall Jellyfin and delete all data and start over?

    Thanks

I'm wondering if that message is for the playback reporting plugin and not the main jellyfin db.

As for the scan taking a long time, did you enable trickplay creation and chapter image extraction on library scan?

Disabled the Playback Reporting and Reports plugins and Media Scan and Extract Chapter Images task still fails with the same error. I do have trickplay creation and chapter image extraction set on library scan, but the 5 minutes was still unusually long for a scan that only added a single tv episode.

You're probably screwed, unless you have a recent backup. Not sure what would have caused this issue other than the disk filling up or a hard crash.

Last backup ins from 10.10.4, and I am one 10.10.6. Is my only option completely uninstall jellyfin, and all data files, and rebuild from scratch? No way to rebuild the database from my current install?
