Hello jellyfin team. First time poster here with plenty of time using this wonderful program and almost zero trouble with it my entire time. But I come today looking for help trying to address an interesting issue I didn't know was possible until last night.
I was watching something on the web browser instance of jellyfin from my PC last night when I decided to pause it and continue from bed.
I start the mp4 video back up on the jellyfin app from my Pixel 7 phone and the video and audio seemed fine until I realized there was no dialogue.
Did some googling and found out this can be an issue if a file has multiple audio tracks for different languages or some conflict between mono, stereo, and surround sound settings.
As far as I can tell, from my limited experience, this file does not have alternative language tracks.
I then decided to try playing the file using the VLC app and the audio was totally fine.
Anyone have a suggestion on how I can remedy this or is this an unaddressed bug?
