    what I did previously:
Jellyfin generated files ( backdrops, .nfo, logo png, poster, etc ) in the main folders so I deleted all the images and info files and changed the settings so they get generated in a child folder.

But now those images are not downloading again.

Do I delete the folders from the settings and add the folders again or is the a way to avoid this?
I really don't want to add like 20 folders again Confused-face

What happens when you re-scan and use the "replace all metadata" and "replace all images" scan type?

    use the "replace all metadata".

I didn't know about this option, yes this fixed it. "replace all metadata" using the 3 dots on the media folder in the dashboard.

I had previous scanned but I had no idea there were more options to choose from, maybe they need to be like a radio button list for better exposure.
    thanks.
