Server crashes every so often

since upgrading to 10.9.6 my jellyfin server has been crashing every 30 mins to and hour. not sure what is causing the problem. when the server is active everything runs smoothly though.
if anyone can help me with a solution, i'd be grateful. much appreciated.

Can you use another file sharing site like pastebin? I can't access wetransfer where I'm at.
