    Hi All,

    Device: Synology DS1522+ NAS

    Using Syno community APP
    Jellyfin V10.10.7 not docker image

Still trying out Jellyfin , got all libraries created and metadata downloaded.

"BUT" been trying to correct movie metadata recently so I amended film folder names to include "TMDBID" codes but they don't seem to be updating metadata, is there a problem or am I doing something wrong.

Tried selecting "refresh metadata" all three options but nothing changes when it should change according to "the movie database" movie page for example the "Parental Rating"?

Just says "Refresh Queued" bottom left of screen and does nothing?

    Any help would be great.

It may not be finding any new media to scan. When your media is incrementally scanned, those can be super quick. I tend to like refreshing by going to Dashboard > Libraries and scanning the individual library. This allows you to select replacing all metadata.

If something is still wrong -- and it's just a few items -- fix manually by removing ALL metadata from the series or movie itself. Click the kebab on the movie/series and click Identify. Enter the correct ID in the corresponding field for the metadata provider of your choice.

If it's a LOT of content, you may need to review your folder structure against the docs.
