Just installed Jellyfin 10.10.6 on my Synology 1515+ via docker. All went well until I tried to play anything using a roku device. At first I thought the issue was dealing with HTTP vs HTTPS, but when I look in the FFmpeg logs all of them have "libxml2: getentropy failed with error code 38". Anyone know how to fix this error so I can actually play videos?

Can you share your full jellyfin log and any related ffmpeg logs?

I think I might have figured it out while messing around with it. Looks like my Roku doesn't enjoy the subtitles being used. At least that's all I've been able to narrow it down to.

The server is probably trying to burn in the subtitles and something is failing on the server. If you could share the ffmpeg log, we could get more info about the video and how it is trying to perform the burn in.
