Library is in invalid state

Whenever I go to my Dashboard > Libraries > Movies (all of my libraries) > Manage library, when I click "OK" I recieve this error message, "The library is in an invalid state and cannot be edited. You are possibly encounting a bug: the path in the database is not the correct path on the filesystem."

Changes are not saved. Sometimes it shows me this error and sometimes it does not.

Everything else seems to be working. I can add and remove media. Scheduled tasks are ran and completed.

I get the same error on some of my libraries. I have read that the cause might be that I upgraded some my hard drives in my server, and that has caused this issue (even though most, not all, of the content are in folders named the same and with the same drive letters).

I haven't found a fix for it yet - perhaps a total fresh install and new library database will help, but I haven't done that yet...
