Titles on Roku?

New user and I setup on my browser (Windows Server) and all was well.  I installed the Roku app and have a question so please move thread if there's a better spot.

As I started to browse I saw it was only showing the title on Hover:


So I searched Settings and found this buried in Roku Settings:


However, after doing that, it now never shows the title instead of always.  I tried Always Hide and it is Always Hidden as well.


Any chance this is something I messed up along the way, or a known bug, or...

Yep. I replicated the problem. Definitely a bug.
