SOLVED: Plugins UI unusable

Any plugins UI I try to access via Dashboard is not displayed correctly. 

For example, here I am in the plugins section of the dashboard:

   

When I click on playback reporting, I get this:

   

From here, I cannot interact with the UI in any way, not even the menu on the left or the header bar at the top.
This behavior is the same for any plugin.

I tried removing the plugins from the config/plugins directory and reinstalling them.

I am running jellyfin with the latest official docker image.

Is this in the browser? If so, which browser? Or the desktop Jellyfin Media Player? I can't replicate this issue.

It was a cross origin policy issue in my nginx configuration.

Uncommenting this line from the jellyfin wiki apparently causes the above problems.
