need a lot more information than that
LG makes a lot of TVs and has for many years, which one are we talking about?
how are you streaming to the TV? what client?
    is the server transcoding?
    what server are you running?
what are the specs of the server?
what is the media codec being played? audio codec?

a mediainfo output would be useful, server logs and ffmpeg logs too

You can also retrieve the logs from this directory.

    C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin\Server\log

Upload them to sourcebin and link back here. We want the latest ffmpeg file, if they exist, and the main server log that is named "log_20231213.log"

This log is from 3 days ago and doesn't appear to have any playback related log entries. Yes, his TV is responding to the DLNA server, but no indication that was the playback method.

How did you play the video on your TV? Through your TV's player? Or with the Jellyfin WebOS app?

And can we get a more recent log?

To anyone else having the same problem i had: I just checked a checkbox in the reproduction section of the panel tha said, Allow codification of HVEC format, and that seems to have solved the issue.
    Sorry for the late response
