Roku App closing on its own

A search of the forum and Google came up empty. We just switched to Jellyfin from Plex and the Roku app closes on its own after a couple hours. No warning, just exits to the Roku home page. Is there a setting to change or stop this? Thanks.

Do you mean when playing something, or just idling?

If idling, this is expected behavior. Hulu, Disney+, and other apps work the same way. This appears to be default behavior from Roku.

We have a couple of playlists that we use. It will play a few TV episodes and then exit to the main menu. There is no idle time.
