This just started showing up in my logs best I can remember. Anyone esle seeing this?

I believe this error involves the TMDB Box Sets plugin 11.0.0.0 after I deleted a "duplicated" entry for Startrek in the collections GUI. I didn't change anything in the disk directory.

It looks like you were deleting a collection and either the file that defined the collection wasn't present or the DB entry wasn't present. Not sure if this is a race condition or not since I don't see the logs for when the collection was original created. Only that additional movies were going to be added but were already in the collection.

I'd say it is harmless if there is noticeable issue with collections or anything else in Jellyfin.

Does Jellyfin create collections on it own (no plugin)? Do I need the TMDB Box Sets plugin to have collections?

It can. Either manually or automatically if you enable "Automatically add to collection" in the library settings. But the TMDB box set plugin also pulls in images and metadata for collections.
