    Hi All,

I'm in the process of trying to switch from Plex to Jellyfin. As part of my switch I wanted to migrate watch history. I was able to successfully export my watch history from Plex to Trakt.

Now I'm attempting to use the Trakt Jellyfin plugin to import the watch history into Jellyfin. I've got the latest version of the plugin installed and checked it's settings. I entered the code it gave me into Trakt's activation page and the trakt activation page indicated it was successful. But when I go back into the plugin's settings nothing changed. The "Authorize device" button is still there with the code to authorize it below it. Clicking the "Authorize device" button also seems to not do anything. Here is an image of the configured settings: https://imgur.com/a/ZoEEkoJ

So then I went into my Scheduled Tasks and scrolled down to the Trakt section. I tried to manually run the "Import watched states and playback progress from trakt.tv" task. But it instantly runs and stops and says "Last ran 1 minute ago, taking less than a minute". Obviously it couldn't have run successfully that quickly. But just to make sure I went to my library and looked at a few movies I know I watched on Plex and synced to Trakt but they all indicated they haven't been watched.

Here's some info about my setup:
    [*]
    • Version: 10.10.7
    • Installed with the Windows Installer
    • Client used: Web dashboard
    • Latest log file can be found here:  https://privatebin.net/?c734e1ed0345543d...L7iUDuNaPk

Lastly, while typing this out I had the Jellyfin web dashboard open in another windows and 3 times this error popped up. Which I don't know if it's related or not: https://imgur.com/a/niVvvkX

I'm hoping someone is able to help me figure this out. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Got it to work by downgrading the plugin to version 25.0.0.0 then doing the authorization worked properly. So then updated back to the latest version (26.0.0.0) and it synced properly.

Good thing I read to the end. And good to put your solution there for others to find. You know, like yourself, in the future, when you inevitably run into the same issue again! My suggestion would have been to stop and re-start Jellyfin to see what that does.
