hi guys im getting an transcode error on my jellyfin server i believe its setup correctly in docker  my system consists of
    unraid 6.12.13 software version
    i3 8100 cpu
    16gb memory
    asrock z390m motherboard
    nvidia 1660ti g/card

    jelllyfin 10.9.11
nvidia shield pro software version 9.1.1(33.2.0.157)
iphone 13 pro max ios 17.7

now i was able to transcode in 1080p and below to my iphone and shield but not now dont know why but havent been able to transcode 4k hdr at all to ant device ,
i believe docker is set up exactly as plex ,that works i might add and the passthrough info in docker is the same. transcodes just fine in plex  on same devices .
ive recently gone to jellyfin as im interested in opensource but used plex and emby before but want to move to jellyfin full time.
hope someone can help thanks in advance

Make sure you have "Allow encoding in HEVC format" in Dashboard -> Playback -> Transcoding. You can post a screenshot of that page. And enable tone mapping.

The log you attached doesn't appear to show any errors. It starts transcoding the HDR10 content and then stops a few seconds later.

What happens if you select "downmix to stereo" in the Jellyfin app's audio output settings on your Android TV?

Hi again …. Yeas I’ve tried rebooting the server and the shield , down mix to stereo didn’t do anything with only thing which has happened is that now 1080p will now transcode down again which that had stopped working too!
But 4k hdr won’t still !! Just stops seconds in !

Are you using host or bridge networking?

    Can you do the following?

    Restart jellyfin
    Replicate the problem
Share the main jellyfin log via pastebin. NOT the ffmpeg log.

I want to see the jellyfin startup and server side logs for this issue.

Zip the file and attach it to a forum post. This requires you use the full reply editor.
