    note i have i3-4160 but i dont think the cpu is the problem cuz im using AMD AMF and he doesnt go 100%

    the cpu still needs to deliver the data to the gpu and your cpu usage graph disagrees that it's not being used

    I Updated my ffmpeg runtime to the latest available on the public repo and this solved the problem.
    (https://repo.jellyfin.org/?path=/ffmpeg/...-6.x/win64)

    For reference I'm on adrenalin 24.3.1 , and using an AMD 6900XT.
