Why not load poster?

I use Jellyfin Server on MacOS and some series don't load a Poster but whene I search I see a poster.

Why not load the poster?

Make sure you follow the naming guidelines from the wiki.

Also currently TMDB is a bit broken, use an alternative metadata provider for now.
