I'm a mac and IOS user and I can't get Jellyfin 10.9.3 to work on Ubuntu server and be seen by Naim app on Iphone. Something to do with the change in DLNA in 10.9.3.

    Worked fine in previous version.

Only running one subnet = Default on unifi network.

edit: this message on jellyfin logs seems relevant

DLNA is now an optional plugin and isn't installed by default. Also, port 1900 is also used for service discovery. Make sure UDP port 1900 is open in the host firewall.

    sudo ufw allow 1900/udp

dashboard → networking, Explicitly setting the LAN address can solve this problem.
    For example: 192.168.1.0/24

I was having a similar issue, I could see my TV device, but couldn't play to the device. When I clicked play it never transitioned to the next screen (either mobile app or via a browser.

Bind to local network address solved the issue for me.
